Consecrated in Thailand. Kept in trust in Singapore.

Ruay Thai SG places Thai Buddhist amulets with collectors who care where a piece comes from. Every amulet in our registry is traced to its temple and consecration, sealed with papers, and passed on with its lineage intact.

Traced to the temple

Temple, consecration year, and lineage are recorded before a piece is offered at all.

Sealed in the registry

Each amulet carries a certificate under our seal, tied to a single registry entry.

Merit returned

A portion of every placement is set aside for the temples, directed by our members.

The collection

Pieces enter the registry one at a time, and only after their history satisfies us. These are the forms we keep most often.

Phra Somdej amulet in a gold casing

Phra Somdej

Wat Rakhang lineage · pressed sacred powder

Phra Nang Phaya triangular clay amulet

Phra Nang Phaya

Phitsanulok lineage · fired clay

Phra Pidta dark herbal powder amulet

Phra Pidta

Herbal powder · traces of gold leaf

Placements are arranged privately between members and collectors. A piece leaves our keeping only with its certificate.

Every piece carries its papers.

An amulet without its history is an ornament. Ours travel with a certificate issued under the Ruay Thai SG seal, drawn from the registry entry that has followed the piece since it entered our keeping.

The certificate records:

  • The relic and the temple it came from
  • The year of consecration
  • Its registry value at issue
  • The holder it was placed with

When a piece changes hands, the registry is amended and the papers are reissued. The lineage stays whole.

Merit returns to the temple.

When a piece finds its holder, a share of the placement is set aside as merit. Members direct it to the temples they hold dear, and every disbursement is entered in the same ledger that keeps the registry. What the temples gave, the house gives back.

Admission is by introduction.

Ruay Thai SG is a private circle. Each member is introduced by another, keeps a personal registry in the member app, and answers for the pieces that pass through their hands.

If you know a member, ask them for an introduction. The circle grows slowly, and that is by design.
